Eterna Plc Reports N302.4 Billion Revenue for 2025

The shareholders approved the company's audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025. Eterna reported a revenue of N302.4 billion for 2025, supported by operational efficiency initiatives and disciplined business strategy execution.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Olumide Adeosun stated that Eterna is strategically positioned to maximize emerging opportunities within the industry. The company's mid-term strategy focuses on asset expansion, enhancing retail station footprints, and transforming select existing stations into flagship locations.

Eterna aims to strengthen its operational capacity and target investments across its retail network, lubricants, and aviation businesses to create long-term stakeholder value.
