Eterna Plc (NGX: ETERNA) filed a Notice of Board Meeting on 21 July 2026, announcing that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Monday, 27 July 2026, in Lagos, Nigeria. The primary agenda item is the consideration of the Company's Second Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (Q2 2026 UFS) for the period ended 30 June 2026, alongside other items scheduled for the meeting.
In connection with the upcoming board meeting, the Company confirmed that a closed period commenced on 1 July 2026 and will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q2 2026 UFS and any other price-sensitive information has been publicly disclosed. This is in compliance with the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) for listed companies.
