Eterna Plc Appoints Cordros Registrars as New Share Registrar
Eterna Plc has filed a Change of Registrar Notification dated 13th August 2026, informing shareholders and stakeholders of the appointment of Cordros Registrars Limited as its new share registration and data management service provider. The appointment took effect from 1st August 2026, replacing Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Limited.
Eterna Plc (NGX: ETERNA) has notified the investing public of a change in its share registrar, as disclosed in a corporate action filing dated 13th August 2026. The company has appointed Cordros Registrars Limited to serve as its Share Registration and Data Management Service Provider, with the appointment effective from 1st August 2026.
Cordros Registrars Limited replaces Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Limited, which previously held the role. The new registrar is located at 131, Ikorodu Road, Onipanu, Lagos State, Nigeria.
