Ecobank ETI Closed Period Notice: Q3 2026 Results Due

Ecobank Transnational Incorporated has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a closed period commencing October 1, 2026, ahead of a board meeting scheduled for October 22, 2026. The board meeting will consider ETI's Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended September 30, 2026.
Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) has filed a Notice of Closed Period with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), dated October 2, 2026, from its registered office in Lomé, Togo.
The notice states that ETI's Board of Directors will convene a board meeting on October 22, 2026, to consider the company's Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (Q3 2026 UFS) for the period ended September 30, 2026.
In line with Rule 17.18(a) of the NGX Issuers Rules, 2015 as amended, a closed period began on October 1, 2026. The closed period will remain in effect until twenty-four hours after the outcome of the board meeting and the subsequent publication of the Q3 2026 UFS on the NGX platform.
During the closed period, no insider of ETI or any of its affiliates is permitted to deal directly or indirectly in ETI shares.
The notice was signed by Ayo Adepoju, Ph.D., who serves as Group Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of ETI. The company is a public liability company with an authorised capital of 1,250,000,000 US Dollars, headquartered at 2365 Boulevard du Mono, Lomé, Togo.
