eTranzact International Board Meeting Set for 28 October 2026

eTranzact International Plc filed a Board Meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on 14 October 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on Wednesday, 28 October 2026, at the company's registered address on the 5th Floor, Fortune Towers, 27/29 Adeyemo Alakija Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, at 10:00 am.

The sole agenda item for the meeting is the consideration of the Unaudited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter ended 30 September 2026, referred to in the filing as Q3 UFS 2026.
