TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Closed Period: Q3 2026 Results

TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a closed period beginning October 1, 2026, ahead of a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for October 23, 2026. The board will meet to deliberate on the company's Q3 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements, among other matters.

TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc (NGX: TOTAL) filed a Notice of Closed Period with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on September 30, 2026, in accordance with NGX post-listing requirements.

The company disclosed that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 10:00am to deliberate on the 2026 Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (Q3 UFS), among other agenda items.

As a result, a closed period takes effect from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will remain in force until 24 hours after the Q3 UFS has been filed with the NGX. During this period, all insiders and related persons are prohibited from trading in the company's shares, per NGX regulations.

The notice was signed by Mark N. Mannok, Company Secretary, and issued from the company's headquarters at Plot 1415-E Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The company's board comprises Mr. JP. Torres (Chairman), Mr. W. Konde (Managing Director), Mrs. O. Popoola-Mordi (Executive Director), Mr. E. Morand-Fehr (Executive Director), Ms. T. Ibru, Engr. R. Sirajo, Dr. J. E. Nnamani, and Mr. M. Got.
