Abba Kyari Denies Ownership of Properties Linked to Him by NDLEA in Abuja Trial

Abba Kyari, the suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, refuted allegations of owning properties associated with him by the NDLEA during a federal high court trial in Abuja. He denied ownership, stating they belonged to his late father.

Kyari argued that the assets in question, including the Borno Polo Ground, were acquired long before his birth. The NDLEA accused Kyari of involvement in drug-related activities, to which he pleaded not guilty.

The trial has been adjourned for further hearings.
