Tonye Cole: All Parties Aim to Weaken Opposition

Cole's comments were a response to insinuations that the APC was working against the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

He noted that the tendency to undermine opposition parties is a common occurrence worldwide, reinforcing the idea that political dynamics often involve efforts to diminish rival parties' influence.
