Opara, Ohuabunwa to Receive Enitonna Alumni Awards

The Enitonna High School Alumni Association will honor two former lawmakers, Austin Opara, a former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Mao Ohuabunwa, a senator, at a presidential luncheon on May 3, 2026, in Port Harcourt, River State. The awards recognize their significant contributions to democracy and national development, inspiring younger generations.

The event will also unveil a strategic development masterplan for the school, which aims to enhance infrastructure, academic advancement, and student welfare while engaging alumni globally. The luncheon is expected to attract distinguished alumni, traditional rulers, community leaders, and industry captains from across Nigeria and beyond.
