Ex-Kwara Commissioner Agbaj Seeks APC Nomination for Reps

Abdulwahab Agbaj, a former commissioner in Kwara State, has formally picked up his nomination form to contest for the House of Representatives seat representing the Ifelodun, Offa, Oyun federal constituency in the upcoming 2027 general elections. This announcement was made on Thursday during a declaration event in Offa, which was attended by party leaders, traditional rulers, and community representatives.

Agbaj emphasized his commitment to providing effective representation and improving the quality of life for constituents. He highlighted his plans for job creation, enhancing security, and attracting federal projects to the constituency.

Agbaj, who served under Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq from 2019 to 2023, expressed his dedication to ensuring that every ward is represented and that no voice is ignored. He also pledged to hold quarterly town hall meetings and account for every kobo allocated to the constituency, reaffirming his loyalty to the APC and urging party members to rally behind him for a successful campaign in the 2027 elections.
