Ex-Senator Marafa and Supporters Exit APC, Blame Tinubu's Leadership

Former Zamfara Central Senator, Kabiru Garba Marafa, and his supporters have announced their resignation from the All Progressives Congress (APC), citing dissatisfaction with the leadership style of President Bola Tinubu. Marafa, who previously served as the Zamfara State Coordinator for Tinubu's 2023 Presidential Campaign, expressed grievances over alleged neglect by the Tinubu administration.

The decision to leave the APC followed a meeting of the Senator Kabiru Marafa Consultative Forum, where concerns about security and political challenges in Zamfara State were discussed. Despite Marafa's loyalty to Tinubu, the group expressed regret over the perceived lack of attention from the party leadership.
