Tambuwal Unveils ADC's 2027 Election Agenda Focused on Security

Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, the former governor of Sokoto State, revealed the agenda of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for the upcoming 2027 elections. He emphasized that the party aims to prioritize security, economic development, and job creation, particularly for the youth.

Tambuwal stated that without security, development is unattainable, and the ADC plans to adopt a combination of technological strategies and community involvement to address insecurity. He acknowledged the economic hardships faced by Nigerians and highlighted the importance of supporting small and medium enterprises as a backbone of the economy.

Tambuwal also pointed out the need for educational reforms and agricultural investment to boost food supply and job creation. Furthermore, he addressed concerns about internal rivalries within the ADC regarding the selection of a presidential candidate, stressing the importance of democratic processes and consensus among stakeholders to ensure legitimacy and transparency in candidate selection.
