Expert Trains 100 Young Africans in Digital Skills

Emmanuel Brendan, a senior UI/UX design product engineer, facilitated a training program that equipped 100 young Africans with essential digital skills. This initiative aimed to bridge the digital divide and prepare the youth for opportunities in the global digital economy.

The training, conducted in partnership with Veronica Anthoni and organizations like Technris and DTI, included topics such as artificial intelligence, UI/UX design, product development, and data literacy. The program emphasized that digital literacy is crucial for securing jobs and creating solutions to local and global challenges.

It featured mentorship sessions and a curriculum designed to help participants transition from learning to earning, focusing on human-centered practices. The initiative drew participants from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and other African countries, highlighting a commitment to building Africa's digital future through talent development and education.
