Ezimo Unity Forum Praises Senator Asogwa's Appointment

The Ezimo Unity Forum, a political group in Ezimo, Udenu Local Government Area, Enugu State, commended Senator Ikechukwu Asogwa for appointing Hon. Onyekachi Ugwu as a legislative aide. The forum characterized Ugwu's appointment as a "square peg in a square hole," indicating it aligns well with the needs of the district.

Pharm. Charles Ndu, the forum's chairman, disclosed this in a letter addressed to Senator Asogwa, which was made available to newsmen in Enugu.

The letter praised Asogwa's readiness to run an inclusive legislative agenda for the entire Enugu North Senatorial Zone, suggesting that his tenure in the National Assembly would bring a new dawn for the people. The forum expressed gratitude to Senator Asogwa and invoked divine guidance for his leadership.

The letter also highlighted Asogwa's track record in the Enugu State House of Assembly and his expectations for Ugwu to fulfill his role effectively. Senator Asogwa succeeded the late Senator Okechukwu Ezea after emerging victorious in the June 20, 2026, bye-election.
