FAAC Allocates N1.969 Trillion December 2025 Revenue to FG, States, LGs in Nigeria

The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) allocated a total of N1.969 trillion in revenue from December 2025 to the Federal Government, state governments, and local government councils in Nigeria. The breakdown included N1.084 trillion from statutory revenue, N846.507 billion from VAT revenue, and N38.110 billion from electronic money transfer levy revenue.

The Federal Government received N653.500 billion, state governments received N706.469 billion, and local government councils received N513.272 billion. The allocation represented a modest increase compared to the previous month, with Nigeria's three tiers of government sharing revenue for August, September, and October 2025.
