Nigeria U20 Women's Coach to Attend World Cup Draw in Poland

Mose Aduku, the head coach of the Nigeria U20 Women's National Team, is set to attend the draw ceremony for the 12th FIFA U20 Women's World Cup, which will take place in Poland. The tournament is scheduled from September 5 to 27, 2024, across Polish cities including Katowice, Sosnowiec, and Bielsko-Biała.

Nigeria, alongside Benin Republic and Ghana, will represent Africa in the tournament, marking Nigeria's eighth appearance. The teams will be drawn into four pots, with Nigeria placed in Pot 2 alongside the USA, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, and New Zealand.

The draw will determine the six groups for the tournament, which will feature a total of 24 qualifying teams. This event is significant as it showcases the global interest in women's football, with Poland hosting the tournament for the first time.
