Sokoto Police Assist Fallen Officers' Families with N21m

The Sokoto State Police Command, led by Ahm Musa, presented cheques worth N21.3 million to 30 families of active and injured police officers as part of the Group Life Assurance and IGP Family Welfare Scheme. The initiative aims to support families of officers who made the ultimate sacrifice.

The Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, was commended for his commitment to improving police welfare. Beneficiaries were advised to invest the funds wisely.

Abdulrahman Bello, son of a deceased officer, expressed gratitude for the significant impact on their families.
