Prof. Adegbulugbe Celebrates 71st Birthday with Tributes

Prof. Anthony Olusegun Adegbulugbe marked his 71st birthday with celebrations attended by family, friends, and associates who paid glowing tributes to his impactful life in the energy sector and academia.

Adegbulugbe, a first-class graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, serves as the chairman of Green Energy International Limited, credited with building Nigeria's first indigenous onshore crude oil terminal. His contributions have been recognized by various stakeholders, including his younger sister, Deacon Orowol Ebenez, who praised their enduring bond, and Dr.

Goke Adegoroy, who highlighted Adegbulugbe's pride in his alma mater and his extensive service in the energy sector. He has also served as chairman of Grace Energy and chancellor of Joseph Ayo Babalola University, and previously as a special advisor on energy matters to former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

Adegbulugbe holds a historic record of a perfect 5.0 CGPA from Obafemi Awolowo University, reflecting his academic excellence and commitment to service.
