FCCPC Drops Case Against MultiChoice After Settlement

The case was scheduled for arraignment in the Federal High Court in Abuja, with top executives of MultiChoice Nigeria listed as defendants. The withdrawal came after the FCCPC informed the court of no longer pursuing the case, leading to the criminal charges being struck.
