Court Dismisses FCCPC's Charges Against MTN Executives in Abuja

The Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed criminal charges brought by the FCCPC against MTN Nigeria executives. The judge struck the case after the FCCPC's lawyer withdrew the application.

The charges alleged a breach of the commission's act by MTN's top officials. The court struck the suit as no defense lawyer appeared.

The accused executives include MTN's CEO Karl Toriola and other officials for failing to produce required documents to the FCCPC.
