FCMB Highlights Economic Impact of Ojude Oba Festival

FCMB Group Plc has underscored the increasing economic significance of the Ojude Oba Festival, which is celebrated in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. The festival, scheduled for May 29, 2026, will honor the late Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona, whose reign transformed the festival into a globally recognized cultural event.

Diran Olojo, FCMB's Head of Corporate Affairs, stated that the festival reflects a broader shift among Africans in the diaspora to reconnect with their heritage while maintaining modern aspirations.
