Serah Yusuf Wins 2025 Maltina Teacher of the Year Competition, Receives 10 Million Naira Prize

Serah Yusuf emerged as the winner of the 2025 Maltina Teacher of the Year Competition, receiving a cash prize of 10 million naira, an overseas training opportunity, and the chance to develop and train 30 million school infrastructure projects. Adeola Akinsulure and Chibuzor Amarikwa were named the first and second runners-up, respectively.

The competition, organized by Nigerian Breweries Plc's Felix Ohiwerei Education Trust Fund, aimed to honor and support teachers in Nigeria. Various dignitaries, including Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, commended the initiative and emphasized the importance of investing in education.
