FCTA Demolishes 35 Illegal Structures in Abuja's River Park Estate for Planning Violations

The Director of Development Control, Mukhtar Galadima, led the enforcement, accusing developers of continuing construction despite lease agreement withdrawals.

This action followed reports of developers trying to circumvent directives. The FCTA received recommendations from ministerial committees regarding the estate's development issues.
