Federal High Court Orders OAU and UNILAG to Halt 2025 Admission Processes

The Federal High Court in Enugu has ordered Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) and University of Lagos (UNILAG) to suspend their 2025 Post-UTME admission processes following a ruling by Justice Mabel. The directive came after a motion filed by five candidates representing affected 2025 UNILAG and OAU applicants.

The court instructed the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB) to maintain the status quo regarding admission lists. The candidates sought an injunction to prevent the universities from finalizing admissions.

The ruling aims to ensure fairness and transparency in the admission process.
