JAMB Delays Post-UTME Scores, Affects 135 Underage Candidates

The Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB) announced a delay in releasing post-UTME scores, affecting 135 underage candidates who sat for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Examination Board (UTME). The delay was due to universities submitting scores later than agreed upon.

The affected candidates were from various institutions, with the University of Lagos having the highest number impacted. The delay was caused by the late submission of results by the National Examinations Council (NECO).

JAMB's public communication advisor, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, highlighted the universities that failed to upload scores on time, causing inconvenience to the underage candidates.
