Federal Government Implements Digital Tools for Reforms

The Federal Government has mandated all Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to adopt three digital tools aimed at improving reform monitoring, knowledge management, and performance tracking within the federal public service. These tools, namely the Reform Tracker, Knowledge Repository, and National Strategy for Public Service Reform (NSPSR) dashboard, were launched by the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) in June 2026.
The directive was communicated in a circular issued by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) in August 2026, referenced as 58786/S.III/C.6/T/56. Each MDA is required to register and utilize these platforms actively, designating a reform focal desk officer to coordinate activities.
The Reform Tracker Dashboard will monitor reforms and key performance indicators, while the Knowledge Repository will serve as a digital platform for reform-related documents, facilitating knowledge sharing and supporting evidence-based policy development.
