Nigerian Govt Files Criminal Case Against Mike Ozekhome Over Property Fraud

The Nigerian government has filed a criminal case against senior advocate Mike Ozekhome for allegedly using forged documents in a property dispute in the United Kingdom. Ozekhome is accused of presenting a falsified Nigerian passport and other documents to support his claim over a property in London.

The case involves a property on 79 Randal Avenue, London, with late retired Lieutenant General Jeremiah Useni also linked to the dispute. The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) is handling the prosecution.
