Nigerian Government Endorses Nord Automobile: Embrace Local Manufacturing

The Nigerian government is urging patronage of local auto manufacturers, endorsing the Nord automobile brand. During a visit to the Nord automobile assembly plant at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), the Minister emphasized the importance of embracing Nigerian-made products.

The Minister highlighted the potential for industrialization and production growth across Nigeria, with two assembly plants in Epe capable of meeting rising demand. The government aims to support the "Made in Nigeria" initiative, encouraging private sector participation and consumer preference for locally manufactured goods.

This initiative aligns with the government's focus on prioritizing Nigerian-made products and boosting the local manufacturing sector.
