UNILAG Celebrates Homegrown Innovation with Minister's Visit and Indigenous Enterprise Showcase

The University of Lagos (UNILAG) celebrated innovation as the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment, Dr. Olajumoke Omoniyi Oduwole, visited the campus to acknowledge homegrown innovations.

Dr. Oduwole, an alumna of UNILAG, commended the university and Nord Automobile for showcasing indigenous enterprise, emphasizing the importance of supporting Nigerian products to boost the economy.

The event marked a significant milestone in UNILAG's vision to merge academic excellence with industrial innovation. The partnership between UNILAG and Nord Automobile, the first automobile assembly plant in Africa, aims to offer students practical exposure to industrial processes.
