Minister Oduwole Receives Local Vehicle from UNILAG-Nord Partnership

Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment, Olajumoke Oduwole, received an official vehicle assembled at the UNILAG Nord Assembly Plant, showcasing innovation and promoting local manufacturing in Nigeria. The vehicle, a Nord Demir, was produced through a partnership between the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and Nord Automobile plant, the first automobile assembly hub in Africa.

Oduwole, an alumna and former lecturer at UNILAG, highlighted the government's commitment to supporting local businesses and job creation. The event, held at UNILAG's Akoka campus, symbolized a significant step towards enhancing research, technology transfer, and promoting Nigerian-made products on a broader scale.
