FG Condemns Maiduguri Bomb Blast, Offers Condolences

The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, expressed profound sorrow regarding a bomb blast that occurred in Maiduguri, Borno State. The incident resulted in the loss of lives and left several others injured.

A statement issued on Thursday by the ministry's spokesperson, Janet McDickson, included remarks from Minister Dr. Bernard M.

Minister of State Dr. Yusuf Tanko Sununu also expressed grief over the trauma caused by the attack, emphasizing the need for national unity and resilience in facing adversity.
