CITN Urges FG to Engage Tax Professionals for Effective Reform Execution

Former Lagos Governor, Lago Akinwunmi Ambode, stressed the need for the Federal Government to engage tax professionals for successful tax reform implementation at the 2025 CITN annual dinner award ceremony. The event highlighted the significance of educating the public and government on tax reforms to bridge the communication gap.

The Chairman of CITN commended the government's introduction of new tax reforms aimed at reducing inequality and poverty through exemptions for low-income earners and reduced taxes for the middle class.
