Nigerian Government to Address Housing Deficit Using Local Materials

The Nigerian government, through the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, led by Arc. Ahm Musa Dangiwa, announced plans to tackle the country's 10 million housing deficit by prioritizing local materials, land reform, and urban renewal.

This initiative aims to make housing more affordable, boost the domestic construction industry, and improve citizens' quality of life. Alhaji Mukhtar Ilyasu highlighted the importance of effective land management in achieving the housing delivery strategy nationwide.
