FHA Mortgage Bank Targets 10,000 Homes in Abuja by 2027, Aligned with President Tinubu's Economic Vision

FHA Mortgage Bank, under the leadership of Hayatudeen Atiku Awwal, has unveiled plans to construct 10,000 new housing units in Abuja by 2027, in line with President Bola Tinubu's economic goals. The initiative, a collaboration with BAM Project Properties Limited, is part of efforts to drive economic growth, job creation, and inclusivity.

The project includes the development of the Expressview Estate, featuring modern infrastructure and eco-friendly designs. The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) and the National Housing Fund (NHF) will play key roles in providing affordable home loans to Nigerians.

FHA Chairman Ojo Oyetunde commended the project's progress and emphasized its importance in the housing sector.
