Fintiri Declared APC Leader in Adamawa by Shettima

On Monday, during a civic reception in Yola, Kashim Shettima, the Vice President, officially recognized Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri as the leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa State. Shettima's declaration aimed to clarify Fintiri's role within the party, asserting that he is not a stranger to the APC and shares a mission to build the nation and enhance democracy.

The event also featured the formal presentation of the party's flag to Fintiri by the APC National Chairman, Nantaw Yilwatda. Shettima noted the importance of Fintiri's alignment with the APC's national political agenda and expressed gratitude for the support received from various party members, including Barau Jibrin, who represented Senate President Godswill Akpabio.

The Vice President emphasized the need for unity and collaboration among party members to achieve their collective goals for the people of Adamawa State.
