Meanwhile, in Anambra, a separate fire incident occurred on Fabikez Street in Omagba Phase 2, Onitsha North, resulting in the tragic death of a 95-year-old woman who was reportedly trapped in the blaze for several hours. The Anambra State Fire Service managed to bring the fire under control after several hours of intense efforts, although it caused substantial damage estimated in millions of naira.
