Powell Homes Launches ROME Initiative for Property Discounts

Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd. has introduced the Real Estate Ownership Made Easy (ROME) initiative to facilitate affordable property ownership for Nigerians. The campaign, launched by Managing Director Chibuikem Onyekachi Emmanuel, will run until September 30, 2026.

It focuses on the Glory Layout project in Enugu, where plots are priced at N1,500,000. Buyers opting for outright purchases will receive a 10 percent discount, while those choosing a 12-month installment plan will benefit from a 5 percent discount.

Surv. Steve Ibaro, Manager at Powell Homes, explained that installment buyers must complete payments within one year or inform the firm of any delays.

The initiative aims to ease property ownership through flexible payment options. The launch featured remarks from commercial partners, including actress Patience Ozokwor, who emphasized the importance of trust in real estate transactions.

Eze Christian, Managing Director of Chris Alex Homes and Properties Ltd., praised Powell Homes for its commitment to genuine transactions and strong partnerships. The promotional rates will conclude on September 30, with no plans for extension.
