Enugu Governor Mbah Applauds Powell Homes for Housing Investment

Enugu State governor, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, commended Chibuikem Onyekachi Emmanuel, managing director of Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd., for his entrepreneurial efforts and investment in the housing sector during the commissioning of Hosana Estate in Ibagwa Nike. Mbah, represented by his deputy, Barr. Ifeanyi Ossai, stated that such private-sector investments complement government initiatives aimed at accelerating development in Enugu State.

He highlighted the resilience and determination of local entrepreneurs and assured that the administration would maintain a secure environment for business growth. Barr. Ossai emphasized the government's commitment to expanding infrastructure and urged estate developers to collaborate closely with management for effective administration.

Enugu East local government chairman, Beloved-Dan Anike, praised the project’s location and its potential to address Nigeria’s housing deficit. Traditional ruler Igwe Emma Ugwu expressed community support for genuine investments, aligning with the state government's developmental agenda.
