Origin Tech Group Launches Corporate Farm Initiative

Origin Tech Group unveiled its corporate farm initiative in Lagos, designed to enhance agricultural investment and strengthen food security across Nigeria. The initiative aims to transform subsistence farming into commercial enterprises, unlocking significant economic potential within the agricultural sector.

Princ Samuel Joseph, the Executive Chairman of Origin Tech Group, emphasized that the corporate farm model provides a viable pathway for farmers to receive full economic benefits from their labor. The initiative is structured around four strategic pillars to enhance efficiency and maximize value throughout the agricultural value chain.

Leo Edward, the Chief Operating Officer of Origin Automobil Work, highlighted the model's comprehensive framework addressing the entire agricultural value chain, while Femi Ajayi, the Managing Director of Ekolog, described the corporate farm initiative as a forward-looking model capable of unlocking new investment opportunities. This initiative is part of a broader goal to accelerate Nigeria's agricultural transformation.
