First HoldCo Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of the appointment of Dr. Julius B.

Omodayo-Owotuga as an Executive Director at its subsidiary, First Bank of Nigeria Limited. The appointment, effective 13 May 2026, has been approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
