First Lady Forgives Betrayal in Memoir Amid 2023 Election Turbulence

Nigeria's First Lady Senator, in her newly released memoir "Journey of Grace: Giving Thanks for Things," revealed her forgiveness towards her husband, President Bola Tinubu, for perceived betrayal during the contentious 2023 general election. The memoir, marking her 65th book, details her personal and spiritual journey during her husband's presidential campaign and the lessons learned from the political turbulence surrounding the election.

Despite the divisive nature of the election, the First Lady emphasized choosing peace over resentment. The memoir spans from 2021 to 2025 and offers insights into the challenges faced during the election period.
