First Lady Oluremi Tinubu Advocates Peaceful Coexistence

During an event held at the Abba Kyari Banquet Hall in Kaduna State on Thursday, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu called on Nigerians to emulate the peaceful coexistence observed in Kaduna. This appeal was made while she flagged off the distribution of 100 trucks of rice, valued at N1.2 billion, aimed at supporting vulnerable Muslim communities across 19 northern states and the Federal Capital Territory.

Tinubu expressed gratitude for the Muslim ummah's solidarity during the Eid el-Kabir season and highlighted her commitment to similar charitable initiatives, recalling a previous distribution of Christmas packages to Christian families in northern Nigeria on December 23, 2025. She urged communities to continue living together in love and mutual respect and called on religious leaders to promote messages of peace and unity.

Governor Uba Sani praised Tinubu's dedication to humanitarian efforts and emphasized Kaduna State's commitment to alleviating hardship and improving the welfare of its citizens through various social interventions.
