Fatal Road Crash in Plateau State Leaves Five Dead, 13 Injured

In Plateau State, a tragic road accident at Zangzat roundabout in Langtang North LGA resulted in five fatalities and 13 injuries. The incident involved a trailer carrying farm produce from Shendam to Langtang.

Eyewitnesses reported the vehicle lost control, leading to the crash. The Chairman of Langtang North LGA, Hon.

Pirfa Jingfa Tyem, confirmed the accident and emphasized the need for stricter adherence to road safety rules. The injured victims are receiving treatment at the General Hospital in Langtang.

The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) has been called upon to intensify enforcement activities to prevent such incidents in the future.
