12 Killed in Plateau, Kogi Auto Crashes: Security Concerns Rise

Twelve people lost their lives in separate auto crashes in Plateau and Kogi states. The accidents occurred on Bauchi Road in Jos North LGA of Plateau State.

The crashes involved four vehicles, including two trailers and two mini-buses. The victims, comprising 17 males and two females, were taken to various hospitals, with eight bodies deposited at Plateau Specialist Hospital.

Investigations are ongoing to determine the causes of the accidents. This incident adds to the recent spate of road accidents in Nigeria, highlighting the need for safer driving practices.
