Flynas Deploys Six Airbus A330s for 2026 Hajj in Nigeria

Flynas has announced the deployment of six Airbus A330 aircraft for the 2026 Hajj operation in Nigeria, as confirmed by Alhaji Umar Kaila, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Flynas Nigeria. The airline is set to airlift 12,550 pilgrims allocated by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) from various states, including Kebbi, Lagos, Osun, Kaduna, Niger, Ogun, and Nasarawa.

Flynas will operate from key airports such as Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, Sir Ahmadu Bello International Airport in Kebbi, and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja. The airline has already organized training for its 100 local Nigerian staff members in preparation for the operation.

Flynas has been part of the bilateral air services agreement between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia since 2014 and has a proven track record of providing excellent service to Nigerian pilgrims over the past 12 years. The airline operates a fleet of 61 aircraft, conducting 1,500 weekly flights across 139 routes in 30 countries.
