Former Aviation Minister Stella Oduah Arraigned in Abuja Over ₦2.4bn Fraud

Former Aviation Minister Stella Oduah and Gloria Odita have been arraigned in Abuja over alleged ₦2.4bn fraud, including charges related to obtaining money under false pretenses and breach of trust. The charges involve fraudulent activities with companies like Broad Water Resources Nigeria Ltd and Global Offshore Marine Ltd.

Oduah and Odita pleaded not guilty, with their defense counsels arguing for bail. The case is being prosecuted by the government, led by Lateef Fagbemi SAN.

Oduah's voluntary return from the United States and ongoing cooperation with the EFCC were noted during the proceedings.
