Former Plateau Governor Jang Denies Calling for Incumbent's Resignation

Former Plateau State Governor Jonah Jang has refuted claims that he called for the resignation of the current Governor Caleb Mutfwang after defecting from the People's Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC). Jang clarified that his comments were taken out of context and that he did not demand Mutfwang's resignation during a recent PDP stakeholders' meeting.

He emphasized his support for Governor Mutfwang's legitimate mandate and urged Plateau residents to continue backing the governor. The rebuttal was made through Jang's media consultant, Clinton Garuba.
