Fortis Global Insurance PLC Q3 2026 Results Approved by Board
Fortis Global Insurance PLC disclosed via a corporate action filing that its Board of Directors approved the company's unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended 30 September 2026. The board also authorised management to submit the statements to relevant regulatory authorities on or before 30 October 2026.
The Board of Directors of Fortis Global Insurance PLC (NGX: FTGINSURE) held a meeting on Thursday, 22nd October 2026 at the company's head office, Plot 20C, Akin Ogunlewe Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. At that meeting, the board passed two resolutions, which were disclosed in a filing dated 23rd October 2026.
The first resolution approved the company's unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended 30 September 2026. The second resolution authorised management to take all steps necessary to give effect to the approval, including submission of the statements to relevant regulatory authorities.
The company stated that the Q3 2026 unaudited financial statements will be filed on or before 30 October 2026. The filing was signed by Halima Jimada, Company Secretary and Legal Adviser.
The board comprises Akin Iroko as Chairman, Managing Director Nomwen Emeghalu, Executive Director Olutayo Amore, and several non-executive directors including Umar Faruk Umar, Abiodun Sanusi, Nelson Ahaneku, Ufuoma Ibru, Musa Lawan, and Rohan Fernando, a Sri Lankan national.
