FrieslandCampina WAMCO Revenue Surges 25% to N615.9bn

FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria PLC announced a 25% increase in revenue, reaching N615.9 billion for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, compared to N493.6 billion in 2024. This growth was attributed to strong volume growth and strategic pricing initiatives.

Gross profit rose significantly to N119 billion, supported by an improved product mix and operational efficiencies. Profit before tax increased to N32.7 billion in 2025 from N4.9 billion in 2024, marking a recovery from a loss of N749 million in 2024.

The total equity improved to N18.8 billion in 2025 from N3.8 million in 2024. The board proposed a dividend payout of N1.00 per 50k ordinary share for the 2025 financial year.

Despite ongoing macroeconomic challenges, including high interest rates and inflation, the company demonstrated resilience and agility, training 13,000 farmers to enhance local milk sourcing and sustain its dairy ecosystem.
