Rivers Governor Fubara Backs Tinubu's Re-election Bid

Siminalayi Fubara, the Governor of Rivers State, has publicly endorsed President Bola Tinubu's re-election and the Rainbow Coalition in a video posted on 𝕏. He also expressed support for Kingsley Chinda, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate for Rivers State.

Fubara declared that the era of political hostilities in the state is over and called for peace among his supporters. He urged them to work for the coalition, stating, “We have made peace in the state, and I am supporting the Rainbow Coalition.” Fubara cautioned against expecting financial inducements for campaign participation, asserting his commitment to his political family.

He emphasized the importance of moving forward and warned supporters against using his name for any destabilizing agendas. Fubara's message was clear: he is not part of any actions that could disrupt the peace in Rivers State.
